Our refund and return policy allows returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be issued under specific circumstances:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. This email will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be issued to your original payment method or credit card within the designated timeframe.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, begin by double-checking your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to be processed and show up on your account.

You should also get in touch with your bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be fully processed and reflected.

Sale items

Refunds are offered exclusively for regular-priced items. Regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@taes.uk, and we’ll provide you with the return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. After the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

However, if the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, notifying them of the return.

Shipping returns

To start a return, simply email us, and we’ll provide you with the correct return address.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.

For high-value returns, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added peace of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
